I hate Blue Dart Customer Cares who doesn't know meaning of their responsibility.

These days i am very tired with Bad Customer cares who doesnt know meaning of Customer cares. Recently i got a message from reputed bank. They give me shipment no regarding credit card sent through Blue Dart corrier.As i was in Night shift, it is not possible to collect from office.

First i have contact a nearby branch regarding that shipment and they refer a coordinators name & give me his mobile number. I made calls more than 30 calls but he never response. At last he switch off his mobile number.

Then i made another call to Delhi circle customer care.. they are not giving proper response for their my query.. (they are busy with romance like words...) Instead of responding me they connect my call to music songs.

At last i went to their branch & meet personally.

In short they are not properly trained regarding solving query.. they are just like a customer care for nameshake. I agree that overall their service in all over India is good but.. their desk help & customer cares are little knowledge.
